Want to work with us? Yes? No? Maybe? Here’s some FAQ’s… 👉🏻 Why should I work with you? Find somebody else who has done what you probably want to in transitioning from a full-time white collar job into a multi-seven figure portfolio, more or less does what they want and now helps others do the same. I’ll save you the hassle; there aint many of us. 👉🏻What can you guarantee? A lot of knowledge, skill and our best efforts. Past that absolutely nothing. And I’d be very wary of anybody that claims otherwise. 👉🏻 Why should I invest in Teesside? Super high yields, super low cost of entry, tons of economic growth. A full house, basically. 👉🏻 Is it just you or is there a team of you? There’s loads of us these days, I’m just Chief Salesman / Cheerleader. 👉🏻 Can you do me discounts? Start buying multiple properties at a time and then we’ll talk. 👉🏻 Do you do Rent 2 Rent? You’ll see me in a Ryanair uniform before you see me doing Rent 2 Rent. 👉🏻 How do I get started? DM me, tell us what you want, sign our Terms and pay our invoice. And you’ll be sitting on a yacht and Financially Free by about Thursday* [*May or not be a legally binding statement]

We recently received this kind feedback from a driver who worked with one of our recruiting agents, John: "Going through the process with John was as if I was speaking to someone I've known my whole life." - Ima E. Building genuine relationships with drivers is at the core of what we do. It's moments like these that remind us why we put in the effort every day—because it's not just about matching someone with a job; it's about understanding their journey and helping them along the way. #TruckingCommunity #DriverRecruitment #BuildingRelationships #TruckingLife

Let’s say I need a new tire…🚗 I search up some autoshops near me and find that one has advertised themselves very well. They have knowledgeable staff that know what they are doing, 5 star reviews, and the education required to do the job. Then I see they’ve only opened up a year ago. Do I say… “I need them to have 5 more years of experience changing tires before I take my car to them” or Do I say… “They know what they are doing, the reviews are great, and I am in need of a tire right now.” As I am helping friends and family look for jobs in this market and I find multiple job postings needing 3-5 years of experience for entry level positions, this is what I think about. If they have the references to back them up, the knowledge of the position, and the certification or degree to do the job, what is it about the 5 years of experience that is mandatory for an entry level position? This is a genuine question, so I would love to hear your thoughts below!

There's no better feeling than being successful as a first-time AE. The problem is...most SDRs will never experience this in their career. Either because they don't get promoted in the first place, or they do and fail in the role. If they fail in the role, the job-hopping carousel will inevitably be their future. You know the type, the AE who gets hired, onboards, goes through ramp, has 6 months of low production, gets a PIP for a month, and then gets let go. Then they land a job at a new company and it's rinse, wash, repeat for the rest of their career (until someone promotes them to management 😆). The lack of commitment to properly preparing and promoting SDRs to AE by both the company and the individual is surprising. Let's make a promise to start fixing that in 2024, especially as more teams are moving towards full-cycle selling. #salesdevelopment

🚚 Networking isn't just for office jobs! As a sales professional in the recruitment tools and job board industry, I've seen firsthand how powerful networking can be for CDL drivers. Here's how to shift gears and make the most of it: 1️⃣ Start Local, Think Global Begin by connecting with local trucking associations and attend their events. But don't stop there—expand your network online through platforms like LinkedIn. The trucking community is vast, and your next opportunity could come from anywhere! 2️⃣ Share the Road Networking is a two-way street. Share job leads, industry news, and tips with fellow drivers. When you help others, you're building a support system that can come to your aid when you need it. 3️⃣ Stay in Your Lane, But Signal Your Moves Know your niche and build a reputation as a go-to person for that area, whether it's refrigerated goods or hazardous materials. But also, let your network know about your career aspirations. They might just help you steer in the right direction. Remember, every conversation could lead to a new route in your career. Keep your network informed, stay engaged, and watch your opportunities expand beyond the horizon. #TruckingNetwork #CDLCommunity #CareerShift
