Job : RAN Cloud Infrastructure Architects Location: Dallas, USA Contact Us : [email protected] Job Summary *RAN CIA will create the 5G infrastructure and nodes and quickly analyze services and system issues, determine corrective actions and implement to restore services related to the infrastructure and connectivity on AWS platform. This position will also escalate complex issues to additional resources and determine root-causes for failure and develop corrective actions. Core Responsibilities * Coordinate between various support teams to identify the root cause of all Network connectivity problems, create supporting documentation and drive problem tasks to prevent recurrence. * Deploy AWS EKS infrastructure. EKS upgrades, troubleshoot issues during upgrade with minimal down time. * Good understanding of Ci-Cd, running and troubleshooting pipelines. * Working experience with AWS Cloud Infrastructure, Networking. * Creation of VPC, Subnet, Route Tables, Security Groups, Prefix lists, T-GW etc. * Creation of the above using Cloud formation template, JSON, YAML files etc. * Understand Complex architecture, Identify Security Group, Prefix or routing issues and be able to fix them in war room situations to avoid customer impact. * Good Networking knowledge of Ips, CIDR blocks, IP planning and distribution. * Knowledge of the primary AWS services (EC2, ELB, T-GW, RDS, Prefix list, Route53 & S3) * GitHub basics skills (repositories, branches, commits, and pull requests) * Strong track record of implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing environments. * Leading highly available and fault-tolerant enterprise and web-scale software deployments * Large scale migration experience Data Center to Data Center and/or Data Center to Cloud * Infrastructure automation through DevOps scripting (E.g., shell, Python, Ruby, PowerShell) * Configuration management using CloudFormation, Chef & Puppet * Strong practical Linux and Windows-based systems administration skills in a Cloud or Virtualized environment * Experience managing data center operations, including data assurance, monitoring, alerting and notifications. * Expertise in Linux based distros, and solid understanding of backup and restore technologies, Big Data Platforms, Analytics. * Extensive experience with cloud native orchestration using Kubernetes and containerized applications using docker. * Experience with observability products (such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, etc. * Understanding of RAN architecture and interfaces * Experience in deploying RAN application (CU, DU) as VNF and/or CNF * Knowledge of O-RAN and/or C-RAN a plus. * Experience troubleshooting of 4G, 5G, and VoLTE, VoNR a plus. * Preferred Certifications - AWS Networking * Telecom background of 4G and 5G is a plus.

Coordinate with department leadership to plan, design, and schedule the release of all software, hardware, and operating system updates. 12. Perform regular updates and backup operations for data protection and recovery. 13. Performing installation setup, deployments, testing, and validation related to deployments. 14. Taking ownership of tickets, documenting related actions in the system, and closing tickets upon completion. 15. Prioritize and respond to requests for service and may provide escalation support to Helpdesk staff. 16. Provide timely and efficient customer service. Respond to technical issues in a professional and timely manner. Manage and respond to escalated client inquiries. 17. Troubleshoot hardware and software errors. Document problems and resolutions and assess the impact of issues which may require escalation to Senior Management. 18. Maintain operating efficiency and stability, ensure the security and integrity of all systems and data, and respond to outages and other issues. 19. Perform root cause analysis and resolve faults and errors in applications. 20. Research and implementation of new Azure tools, products, and technologies to improve efficiency, performance, and cost effectiveness. 21. Identify improvements to IT documentation, network maps, processes/procedures, and tickets.
