Day 14 of #30DayMapChallenge : #Europe. Today we show the road network of Europe (on the right) and the classification of road network in Great Britain (on the left). The European road network consists of 5.5 million kms, mainly managed under local and regional responsibility. The longest road in Europe, the E40, is more than 8,000 kms long and goes though 10 countries.

A big round of applause to the Interreg CENTRAL EUROPE Project Dynaxibility that today won the #REGIOSTARS Award 2023 under the category “A connected Europe”! The partnership of the Dynaxibility4CE project, leaded by Leipziger Verkehrsbetriebe, improved low-carbon mobility and air quality across central European region.
