🌟 Gratitude & Growth! 🌟 A big #Vistage Thank You to Dave Alden and his CE3210 Group in Bethlehem/Philadelphia for the warm invitation to be your guest speaker. Our meeting was at the serene Saucon Valley Country Club, courtesy of our host Matthew Petrozelli, was truly memorable. Kudos to David and his dynamic business leaders, all driven by a shared vision of business growth. For my topic, they even extended the invitation to their sales and marketing teams, demonstrating the #PowerOfVistage in fostering collaborative growth. Together, working with me as the “case study” we broke into pairs and worked on delivering a compelling 30-second elevator pitch. The key takeaway? Seamlessly aligning it with your LinkedIn profile, website, and business cards. After all, LinkedIn isn't just about connections; it's about nurturing relationships and ensuring your branding answers the crucial "what's in it for me". For business leaders in the greater Philadelphia area seeking professional development or aiming to enhance business value, I wholeheartedly recommend reaching out to David or any member of his group. Until we meet again, Philly! 🥩🥊

TOMORROW: Join us for January's Culture Community! 🎉🎉🎉 We're hosting a long-time friend of The Perk, Mel Ripp with us, and this one's gonna be good. 😎 Mel is a thought leadership strategist and ghostwriter ✍️ & she'll be with us to talk about "How Thought Leadership & Personal Branding Fuel Company Culture." As the name implies, a thought leader 💡 galvanizes their teams, their peers & their industries in the thinking around a given topic. It's about being the go-to person in your field of expertise & being a trusted source who can move and inspire team members with innovative ideas. Mel's opinion about thought leadership? That everyone can become one, and everyone has something valuable to share. And, she also believes that thought leadership has so many more benefits than just visibility for a particular person. When you consistently, confidently, and clearly express your point of view, others take notice—your team, potential employees, could-be partners in your industry, investors, and more. 🙌 Learn what it means to be a thought leader, the benefits of starting to share your perspectives & prompts that will help you differentiate yourself in a sea of voices. Link to sign up is in the comments. Who will we see there? 👀 #ThePerk #CultureCommunity #ThoughtLeadership #PersonalBrand #LeadershipVoice

Just before the 1996 season, the New York Yankees ⚾ front office execs were discussing whether or not their young phenom, Derek Jeter, was ready to take over the starting job at shortstop. Some execs weren't so sure. The Yankees were poised to have a strong season, and they felt Derek wasn't quite ready to help the team as an everyday player. The proposed solution? Trade Mariano Rivera to Seattle for utility infielder Felix Fermin. Thankfully, this disastrous idea was overruled, and the rest is history. In our professional lives, there's one piece of advice that remains timeless: trust your gut. Our instincts, honed through experience and intuition, often guide us more accurately than we realize. 🤔 Have you ever faced a challenging decision, only to find that your initial instinct was the right one? It's a reminder that our gut feelings are powerful tools in navigating uncertainty. But it's not just about making the right choice—it's also about sticking it out when times get tough. Perseverance, resilience, and unwavering commitment are the cornerstones of success. When we stay the course, even through rough patches, we often emerge stronger and more accomplished. 💪 Trust your gut. 🏃 Stick it out. 🌟 Success follows. Let's celebrate the power of intuition and determination in our professional journeys. Have you had experiences where trusting your gut and persevering made all the difference? Share your stories and let's inspire each other! #TrustYourGut #Perseverance #Resilience #ProfessionalGrowth #Leadership

KPI Black Belt Pro | LinkedIn Alchemist (>6 mio views) | WorkingGenius Certified | ScaleUp Company Pro | 18 Years Serial Entrepreneur (2x 50 people, 1x 100) | Finance Director | Certified Public Accountant | Family man
As the final hours of this year tick away, a time when we stand on the brink of new beginnings, I'm drawn to reflect on the essence of 'Commitment' in our professional and personal lives. This contemplation aligns with the twelfth element of the Soulstice Team Operating System: Commitment. In my 18 years as a serial entrepreneur, I've come to realize that Commitment is the cornerstone of any successful endeavor. It's the unwavering dedication to our goals, our teams, and our values. 1. Fostering Team Commitment: As we look forward to the new year, it's crucial to foster a sense of commitment within our teams. This means not only committing to our collective goals but also to each other's growth and success. 2. Aligning Personal and Organizational Goals: True commitment emerges when personal aspirations align with organizational objectives. It's about finding that sweet spot where individual passions fuel collective ambitions. 3. Cultivating a Culture of Reliability: Commitment is also about reliability and consistency. It's about creating a culture where team members can depend on each other, where promises are kept, and where every individual is accountable for their part. 4. Reflecting and Reaffirming Goals: As we bid farewell to this year, it's a perfect time to reflect on our goals and reaffirm our commitment to them. It's about setting clear, achievable objectives for the coming year and dedicating ourselves to achieving them. 5. Celebrating Past Commitments: Let's also take a moment to celebrate our commitments from the past year – the hard work, the achievements, and even the setbacks from which we've learned. Each of these has contributed to our journey. As the clock counts down to the new year, let's renew our commitment to excellence, to our teams, and to the goals that drive us. Here's to a year of unwavering dedication and remarkable achievements. #TeamOperatingSystem #Commitment #NewYearGoals #Teamwork #Leadership
