This is an excellent selection of questions to do exactly what it says ‘Stay’/ Keep people. Here’s the trick…. You have to follow up, remove those roadblocks, help the person grow. If you don’t follow up and change anything based on the conversation, it means nothing. This is where many ‘leaders’ fail. They do not follow up. And sometimes follow up means delivering bad news , like I tried these 3 things and nothing worked, but I’ll keep trying and update you. And you actually do said.
