White Scholarship recipient for the last academic year, which honors our former board member and is awarded to select students in the Robinson College of Business. Dipjothi studied accounting and computer information systems and graduated in May. Ed Baker is the Expert in Residence for the Georgia State University - J. Mack Robinson College of Business and Georgia’s Own Foundation Board member. He’s the instructor for the RISE program, which teaches soft skills to sophomores. We took the time this week to surprise teachers at Mitchell County Elementary School in Baconton and Benteen Elementary School in Atlanta with a school supply shopping spree. Public school teachers spend an average of $673 out of their own pocket on classroom supplies.
