Navigating Sensitive Social and Political Topics with Empathy and Nuance In this discussion, we talk about the differences in how the Trump and Clinton hush money situations have been treated, as well as social issues that matter to the speaker and their community. Social media people: How comfortable are you dealing with homophobic comments on your brands channel? Many brands show their support for the LGBTQ+ community online, whether through messsaging or featuring LGBTQ+ people in their content. Unfortunately it’s highly likely that they are going to be faced with homophobic comments…..and not everyone knows how to handle them.
