170K+ | Qualcomm | AI at IISc, Bangalore | Ex- ISRO | ML, Gen-AI, LLM, CV | Tech | Finance | Marketing
You’ll regret it if you don’t prepare for AI Layoffs Intel laid off 18K+ employees, and Dell laid off 12.5K+ employees to invest in AI. By keeping this in mind I changed my domain from ECE to AI: ✅ Got high paying job in the AI domain. ✅ Published international research papers. ✅ I was one of to 40 students who got Reliance Foundation scholarship in AI. During this time I struggled a lot, wasted so much time in random material. But i came across a very nice course by IIT Ropar ‘Minor in Artificial Intelligence’: https://bit.ly/3AlLKMW I went through the course curriculum and i found it really very good and optimised course for people from all backgrounds Remember, even Steve Jobs was once laid off from Apple! It’s better to be prepared! #Placements #Upskilling #Layoffs

My former team :) As far as compilers go, JavaScriptCore is incredibly interesting. JavaScript isn't exactly easy when it comes to handling types and optimizations. Lots of interesting challenges. JavaScriptCore also has multiple tiers to be fast for a wide range of use cases. There is a lot to learn to add operations but the outcome is great. If you like compilers and solving cool problems, contact Mark Lam!
The JavaScriptCore team at Apple is hiring for a position in Cupertino. Any VM / compiler engineers interested? Please DM me. Thanks

A client came to me after rejecting 61 engineers for one role! 9 working days later, I had sourced their perfect Embedded Software Engineer. How? 🧑🚀 Detailed call w/ Engineering Manager to refine the true technical needs 🚀 I targeted outreach to SPECIFIC embedded software engineers locally 🛰️ Screened 10-15 and whittled out ones where it wasn’t the perfect match 🌍 Shared the best 6, leading to 5 interviews 😎 1 offer Fairly tricky search honestly, and it was my first time sourcing in that region: • Embedded Linux AND FPGA knowledge (pretty niche) • On-site 3-days None of this is possible alone though - I'm merely 1 piece in the puzzle. Both the Candidate and Client made the whole process super slick. It was a team effort with excellent communication from everyone Shoutout to the client's HR, Managers, and Engineers, as aligning 6 diaries is never easy, especially at short notice Lil infographic for anyone who doesn’t want to read all that 🚀 #California #Careers #Losangeles #newjob #spacejobs

I am looking for work. Background in Leadership, project management and systems administration. Oh yeah, and I have #BrandAmbassador experience as well. Why? I was zapped in the last round of Intel Layoffs. Nobody is safe. Don't forget, when Intel lays people off, the green badges are always the first to go. THEN the blue badges/true employees. I am willing to work...Remotely, hybrid and even on-site. Preferably in that order. In the meantime, I have side-quests to work on. Improving physical fitness for starters, take a bunch of small trips around the USA and of course, looking into picking up more certs. Should I go for a #CySA+, or go for the gold and do a #CISSP? And as always, have the #compensation #details #ready first, then the job description. #lookingForWork #intel #IntelLayoffs #layoffs #remote #onsite #shrek

Qualcomm USA is hiring!!! Q of the day: Are you tired of coding by not seeing results? Ok, Let me be honest with you. I was always a student who, in my first and second year of Btech, actually feared coding so much. That I even went up to my college admission department, to provide me ENTC stream not CSE. Why? Because I flunked programming subject in my first sem. 🙈 And now I work in Qualcomm Rnd and I was also a GATE CSE Ranker. So, my dear friend, Its ok to be afraid. Its ok to expect and not see results. If you go to a gym, you work hard. You don't see results for months, right. No muscle changes, nothing. But you still work hard. You don't give up. 📌Consistenly code everyday. Even if you don't feel like. Continuesly revise older problems, and attempt newer problems from your weaker areas. 📌Make sure to give leetcode contests every week. 📌Dedicate 2 hours everyday to coding and promise yourself, to not even sleep, till you do your task. Great things take time brother. ❤️ You can't really rush things and be impatient. That's not how the world works. The universe does test your patience. Dont fail in it. So, Qualcomm USA is hiring software engineer. Location : San Diago, USA Job id: 3057265. 𝐀𝐭𝐭𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐦𝐞 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐥 𝐢𝐝 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐬𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. 𝐈 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝟑 𝐬𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐦𝐲 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐦 𝐡𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐭. 💫Comment your experience of coding and not seeing results, and how are you dealing with it. Follow Ribhu Mukherjee if this helps.

TL; DR - apple is hiring chip design engineers for SOC group. PM me if relevant. I have started working in apple ~7 months ago. I have not updated my profile right from the start , and since the war broke out with Hamas's barbaric attack, I found it difficult to discuss work matters while our soldiers are still fighting to protect us. I have decided to post now that our team is hiring, as I feel this is the little help I can offer in these challenging times. Please see the position below and PM if you find it relevant and want to apply. P.S. a few words about working at apple: A motto that I heard here is that you come to apple to do "your best work". I found it true for me, as the environment here fosters efficiency and productivity while also being considerate of these hard times and allowing work-life balance (I am currently on special apple paternity leave).
