Irony.... We are looking for young, dynamic, skilled, experienced, can do independent drafting etc.. enthusiastic legal interns/junior advocates for xyz. Required experience 0-2yrs who can handle A to Z. Remuneration provided as per capabilities or industry standard. Reality Slap: When 0-2yrs young, dynamic, skilled, enthusiastic junior joins, they are not by product from college learnings, how can expect A to Z from such juniors? Drafting and other document work is crucial part can not be given as independent responsibility. Once get hired, for a year will not see any capabilities apart from being office boy and postman. (they're incapable to find the worth & efforts). Whatever efforts put by juniors into first joining will not be counted under capabilities. INDUSTRY STANDARD is another slap.
