From my experience, here are the 3 hidden cost of hiring a cheap iOS developer: -An inexperienced iOS developer is likely to produce poorly written and unoptimized code often leads to frequent bugs and crashes. This results in higher maintenance costs as you will need to continuously spend more money for time on debugging and fixing -An Inexperienced iOS developer may struggle to meet deadlines, causing significant delays in launching your app. This can result in missed market opportunities and potential revenue loss as competitors with more reliable development processes release their products first. -An Inexperienced iOS developer will eventually build an unreliable app filled with bugs and performance issues that leads to negative reviews and poor user ratings. This damages your brand’s reputation and can decrease customer trust and loyalty.

Breakdown of our recent hiring story: We put up an ad for a middle back-end Node.js developer on 27.06.2023. Here's what happened: 347 people checked out our ad in just one week. 42 of them reached out (that's 12.1% of those who saw it). We had a chat with 13 of them (that's 31.0% of those who replied). We asked 7 to do a small task to show us their skills (53.8%). 4 showed us they've got the skills (57.1% got it right). We had a tech talk with 3 of them at our office (75.0% of those who did the task). In the end, 2 were just the right fit and got the job (66.7% of the office chats), while 1 wasn't the right match this time. We move quick. In just 2 weeks from putting up that ad, we got the right person.
