Below are the highlight from our recent market survey of 110 Tech In House Counsel’s. --------------------------------------------------------------------- ~40% of participants say 'Yes', they are looking to a move before the end of the year. ~25% of participants say 'Maybe'. ~60% of participants are 100% remote! ~35% of participants commute into the office 1-3 days per week ~5% of participants are commuting to the office 4/5 days per week ~75% of participants have equity included in their compensation package Most important factors when looking for a job are 1. Compensation, 2. Culture/Team, 3.
