The Federal Government’s Fair Work Legislation Amendment (Closing Loopholes No. 2) Bill 2023 has formally passed parliament. In a move to secure support for the Bill through the Senate, the Federal Government agreed to additional amendments to the Bill, including the introduction of a new entitlement, being the “Employee Right to Disconnect”.
