On April 5, 2024, Law No. 5099/2024 was published in the Government Gazette (A’ 48), enacting, among others, measures for the application of Regulation (EU) 2022/2065. Article 37 of said Law provides for the introduction of the “Know Your Business eGov-KYB” platform, which allows for the verification of certain information for legal entities.
