I absolutely love this advice. There's no such thing as a self-made man. The whole history of humanity is build on successes of collaboration and support. On learning and teaching. So why do we have this notion that successful people do it on their own? I also thoroughly believe that the more senior your become, the more strategic the task, the less you can do on your own.
