In our current insurance staffing environment it is becoming more and more difficult to attract and keep talent. We at smaller carriers try to run as lean as possible but can’t compete with large carriers that can afford higher salaries to lure our people away. You can have a great culture and a cohesive team but that can disappear in a heartbeat.
