Workplace experience is really all of the aspects of your work environment that enable your people to do their job the best. So whatever they're doing, it could be even the smallest task, it's how you're creating a space for them to be successful. And of course, many people attribute that to the in office experience. Umm, but also it's the remote experience. It's the policies that you have to your return to office engagement. It's the adaptability of the organization and the space based on the changes. And we know of course in defining and experience, it changes based on feedback and who's there and what their preferences are. It's the focus on the well-being of the employee and their connections and mentorships that you can provide. Even your HR benefits like all of that is included in workplace experience. Umm, but I would say the, the focus that CBR E in particular in that report, right, and other companies are talking about is the in office and the remote experience for the employee and how we define it, build it out. What do we provide where Umm, and then it's that service as well. So it's not just what is there. And in this space and more solutions, I lead a training with our SVP of learning, development and diversity. Um, called WPX, where it combines the aspect of customer service, which is what you do, with hospitality, which is how you make someone feel in that interaction.
