So interesting these blades! These must be turbine rotor blades. They're designed to draw maximum power from the gas blasted at the combustor. The base locks to the disk through fir tree connection to withstand extremely high stresses at high RPMs caused by Newton's first law. Moreover, pay attention to the shrouds at the tip of them designed to increase stability and to minimize leakage of the hot gas coming from the combustor. Also, the blades have a specific curvature to allow for impulse conversion of energy near the bases and a reaction type curvature near the tips. This design has been shown experimentally to maximize efficiency. The length of the blades and the lack of air cushion holes tells me this is a power turbine wheel possibly belonging to an turboshaft/prop. Lastly, the blades are numbered for ideal balance of the wheel to minimize vibration and assymetrical load distribution on the bearings, caused by spinning of the wheel.
