At the Paris 2024 Track And Field Olympic Games, Mark Floreani (Co-founder & CEO) and Ryan Fenton (General Manager, Track & Field/Running) reflect on FloTrack's origins and preview what's next as it continues to increase its investment in growing the sport and amplifying the Diamond League.
#paris2024
I'm Ryan Fenton, I'm here alongside Mark Floriani and we are in Paris for what the Olympics and these moments, the biggest moments in our sport, the moments really that fueled what started 18 years ago to tell stories. He did his athletes and seemed through their their biggest moments in their careers. And that's why we started flow. You were runner at Clemson. I ran it at Texas. I always wanted to run here. But you know, he wasn't good enough, not good enough. And and so the next best thing is how do we change the sport in a positive way? And we started Flow basically. After I didn't make the finals of NCAA's in 2006. So we are here now in 2024 at the Olympics and proud to be here. Yeah. But what I'm really excited about is also 2025, our first time ever being home to the Diamond League, one of the biggest stages for these athletes outside of the world and outside of the Olympic Games. First time they'll really ever be on our platform in a regular fashion throughout the season, where we now have 50 pro events through the Diamond League, the continental tour, the World Marathon Majors. The biggest moments throughout the college season, almost all high school state championships. Super excited for what's to come though next year. I mean that's why we started Flow right from the beginning. It was to grow our sports and that's what we try to do every day. We got you back in the fold. We've got a great team at flow. They're going to really up our game next year and have fun with the sport. Really tried to innovate around the Diamond League and the sport in general. Stay tuned we'll we'll have more news towards the end of this year leading into 2025 on our. Plans for coverage, content, all the things that we'll have coming out. Again, super excited for you guys to be along for the ride. This community has grown with us over the years and we're super pumped to be here and bringing more to you.
Congrats on all of your success so far with FloSports. I can't wait to see what the future holds for your brand and how it helps grow the sport that we loved growing up.
