KG and NEWTEC BAG With Bischof+Klein’s product development U-Pack® FFS, which has already won the #PacktheFutureAward in 2023, we are creating a new type of FFS packaging for packing dry products such as pet food, animal feed, salt, seeds, which offers several advantages. Your advantages at a glance: ✅It is possible to fill the U-Pack® ffs on the AVENTUS GmbH & Co. KG TOPAS SF machine at high speeds of up to 2,400 bags per hour. This is an increase in output of up to 40% compared to standard market concepts. ✅In addition, 15% less material is used for the same packaged product quantity, which not only leads to cost savings but also cuts CO² emissions. ✅After filling, the bags are palletized on the NEWTEC BAG system. This efficient palletization offers additional cost advantage compared to pre-made open-mouth packaging due to compact and square palletization reducing transport, logistics, and storage effort. We are pleased to announce Stashed Products as our brand of the week, D Mitchell commented “Stashed Products is a young company based in Wales that designs and manufactures SpaceRail Bike Storage Systems. We currently operate direct to consumer and have a global customer base. We realised that we needed to improve our on-pack recycling info to be compliant with laws in different countries. BuyerDock was suggested as a simple solution to improve our compliance. We were part way through re-designing all our packaging with a view to going into retail, so the timing was great. Apart from being compliant with on-pack recycling info, Buyerdock has allowed us to go completely paper free when it comes to instructions. The 'How To' feature has been extremely useful and we link to our online instructions as well as to our new instruction videos that are hosted online and on YouTube. Having a QR code that links to digital information is very effective as we can change or update our information as needed without having to redesign and reprint packaging. As our product price is fairly high, our volumes of sales are on the lower side, but it's clear that customers are using the QR code in particular to refer to the online instructions.” #compliance #packaging #regulations #exporting
