When it comes to suicide prevention, research shows that you need to put time and distance between an at-risk individual and a means of suicide. Being a good manager is about being honest and having integrity. Anyone with any decency needs to know what has happened and should not be silent. In a time when channels like CNN call these poor women 'prisoners of war', your voice is needed to condemn the travesty in their biased reporting and lies. These are not 'difficult scenes of war' these are crimes in the deepest sense of the word. You should also know how hard we have tried to avoid civilian casualties. We have had good people killed because we have tried so hard to get to terrorists hiding amongst civilians instead of just sending a missile into the house they were hiding. Take this from the father of sons of the Israel Defense Force who knows about what soldiers are expected to do and what they are not allowed to do. Please spread the truth.

Ground Reaction Drill To Avoid Being Punched In this clip, Richard Dimitri and Chris Roberts offer a self-defence ground reaction drill based on reacting once a hand is lifted off of both hands being pinned to the ground. Many people mistakenly fight and struggle to get a hand free, which often proves futile if the attacker is stronger. In addition, it wastes much energy. One might engage in dialogue, depending on the scenario, in an attempt to have the aggressor feel they have control so they release their hand. It is critical to note that a hand may be released followed immediately by a strike, so it is imperative that the split-second a hand releases that the person defending the attack immediately.
