Happy March and Happy Women’s History Month! Yesterday, I attended the Women’s Leadership Symposium (WLS) which is a conference focused on women’s leadership for CU Boulder staff and students and inclusive to people of all genders. It was wonderful to connect with so many incredible women and I felt inspired by the BIPOC staff and student led sessions I attended. Questions that I’m still thinking about: 1. What is your definition of leadership? 2. Who (and/or what) has influenced your leadership style? 3. When did you realize that you were a leader? 4. How does your leadership style change in your professional and personal life? Please feel free to share your answers to any of all of the questions!
