Good morning everyone. It is what Tuesday, December the 19th, I'm here with Paulina. We just recorded a video for a Chinese New Year event that we're going to have next year. But we were talking about the market and here I am given an update. So yesterday the home builders confidence index came at 34. The market was expecting 36 and ended up being 37. So the contraction is less. Remember anything above 50 means that it's expanding. So we are working towards that housing starts ended up being. 1.56, the expectations would be that it would remain flat at 1.36 million. So that's definitely good. Building permits did slow down a bit from 1.5 million down to 1.46, but as the market and builders get that confidence back you'll probably see that kind of improve over the next few months. We got two Fed Presidents speaking today, President Barkin who starts to or who gets to start voting voting next month or next year rather and then he's. Middle of the road leans hawk and then you got President Bostick who's more of a dove. He does get to start voting next year. However, a lot of these Fed officials have been walking back. They're kind of like laxed Fed policy, so or Fed policies rather. So you might hear a little bit of that. However, I don't think the markets paying attention at this point. I think everyone's pricing in three cuts next year. Again, the only thing really to watch out this week is going to be PC. Make it a great one guys.
