In Ibarra del Paso Gallego, we share the details of the relevant criteria published by the Mexican Supreme Court in the Judicial Weekly Gazette of the Federation on December 04th, 2023. These criteria are related to:   i) The jurisdiction of Regional Plenaries and the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (the 'SCJ') to address conflicts of criteria existing between Collegiate Courts ii) The rights of accessibility and mobility of persons with disabilities iii) The seizure or immobilization of real estate by public prosecutors iv) Formalities in federal administrative litigation v) The freezing of bank accounts in administrative execution proceedings.   Full information at:  https://bit.ly/47Muuwh

Per the screen captures below from documents filed in federal court (with everything in red added for this post), it's clear that the trillions amassed by credit unions from tax-exempt banking allows them to pay their attorneys enough to be willing to commit federal crimes on their behalf against the judiciary in state and federal courts (trial and appellate), to prevent corroboration of other federal crimes by credit unions, in a scheme that after July 11, 2022, involved three federal judges! Any money recovered from direct payments or sale of goods at auction will be held by the High Court Enforcement Officer for a retention period of 14 days (as stipulated by the 1986 Insolvency Act). Following this, the High Court Enforcement Officer will issue payment minus any enforcement fees to your chosen bank or building society. If the debtor is making payment in instalments, any fees or interest are deducted by the High Court Enforcement Officer on a pro-rata basis. #Enforcement #Collections #Credit

The rules on the order for payment order procedure have changed significantly as of 1 October 2023. Many of the changes are related to the simplification and digitalisation of the procedure. An order for payment procedure must be initiated for overdue monetary claims not exceeding HUF 3 million. Above this amount, an order for payment procedure may be chosen up to HUF 30 million, and above this amount the claim must be enforced in court.
