New Junior Legal PA opportunity in Birmingham! We are looking for an enthusiastic, hardworking person who has the desire to establish themselves as a Junior Legal PA in a talented and successful Real Estate Team. Some of the key responsibilities: • Assisting with the preparation of Deed Packets, creating accurate Deed Schedules and ensuring that the appropriate process is followed for the secure storage of all Deeds. • Liaising with Senior PAs in the team to ensure that any tasks allocated are fully understood and executed appropriately. • Helping with opening and closing files. • Assisting with the preparation of marketing material using Vuture and Kentico. • Supporting the preparation of bulk documentation, files and bundles. • Preparing voluminous and complicated packs of papers.
