It's not about how much time you have, it's how you spend it. One of my team members had a goal to volunteer, but couldn't figure out when to do it even with Volunteer Time Off time allowed. I suggested they pick a day, request the time off now and plan to volunteer at that time. This morning, I volunteered at Hope Helps to pack bags of food for local children so they can have food during spring break. We packed 182 bags.
