Women are different than men. Science says so... Through my research in leadership over the last six years, I believe women can become some of the strongest leaders in our future. We are seeing this today in government, which is a very hostile environment for women. It degrades them, sees them as weak, and, in the religious denominational world, considers them inferior to men. Yet we see the first woman of color as Vice President of the United States help achieve more than any other President and Vice President in history. Our President gives far more credit to Kamala Harris than most politicians and pundits, mass media, or social media for the success Joe Biden is given. Three women in the state of Michigan won a seat as Governor, Secretary of State, and Attorney General in Michigan during a time when white males governed the legislation and executive branch. Those three women, one of whom is part of the LGBTQ community, won their second term and turned the state of Michigan's House and Senate from Republican to Democratic control. Michigan is helping more people today than in its state's history, and that happened during a kidnapping attempt on Gretchen Whitmer, the Governor of Michigan. Dana Nessel was the first Attorney General to hold parents responsible for a son getting their gun and committing a mass shooting in a public school. Neuroscience has discovered that women's brains are different from men's. https://lnkd.in/g4dWqrkg The prefrontal cortex is used for judgment, compassion, and empathy, which are much sought-after leadership qualities. From a scientific perspective, women can become better leaders than men, which begs the question of whether it is natural for women to be subservient to men, as quoted in Biblical texts. After all, God created man and woman. I will leave that up to you to ponder. While you are pondering what about this scenario. Joe Biden and Kamal Harris are elected to a second term. They have more success than the first term because they also have control of both the House and the Senate. Joe decides to resign in his third year, Kamal Harris completes the last year as the first woman, of color, to become President of the United States. How does that position women in the future? Something to think about if you are a woman. What we know is how women will be perceived in a Trump presidency because past behavior predicts future behavior.

🌍 "Imagine the possibilities when we remove imbalance from the ether" - Businesses led by women deliver higher revenue, with a Boston Consulting Group study revealing a 35% higher return on investment than male-led counterparts. - According to the Global Entrepreneurship Monitor, women now constitute 41% of the global entrepreneurial workforce. - Women-founded startups accounted for 2% or less of VC funding invested in Europe and the United States in 2023, Pitchbook data. It's unbalanced. 🤯 Imagine the possibilities when women are not held back.
