Closing Data Quality Gaps: Our systems are engineered to close the gaps in data quality with unbeatable recognition KPIs. For instance, traditional smart gates often miss capturing accurate images and readings due to obstructions like side spoilers from pulling road trucks. Our solution? The tugmaster vehicle-mounted 'Lynet Micro504' Smart Camera, (10 x 8 x 5cm) which records images and reads data before connection or release of drop trailers. This includes capturing trailer ID, GPS position, and time stamps on the yard and within the RoRo vessel at the trailer deck—all connected in real-time to our Global Data System (GDS).
Resolving Historical Gray Areas: This technology shift addresses longstanding issues such as poor evidence of trailer front condition when responsibility transitions from truck drivers to shipping lines, often managed by external stevedores. With SmartPort ITS, every detail is recorded transparently, ensuring accountability and reducing discrepancies in trailer
management.
