I frequently receive job offers—either hybrid or onsite—via LinkedIn from recruiters, yet unfortunately, these roles are often located far from my residence. It's disappointing that some recruiters overlook my location before sending these opportunities directly to me. While I understand that some positions might be generated through software, the direct messages from recruiters should ideally consider proximity. I diligently reply to each recruiter, but it's disheartening because many of these job listings align perfectly with my skills and interests. Taking just an extra five minutes to check a candidate's location against the job's location would greatly improve this process.
