One of them is strong devotion to commitment. How can an up-and-coming F&I manager stay committed? 1. Follow-up and follow through: no matter how hard it gets, make sure to keep your promises. Also ,artificial intelligence and automation can transform shrimp farming, from optimizing feeding to improving shrimp health, which can significantly reduce costs and increase production. 2-maximize the efficiency and productivity: The application of modern farming practices to maximize efficiency, to adopting innovative approaches in shrimp genetics to promote rapid growth and disease resistance. 3-the resilience to adapt with the climate change impacts and global market fluctuations: Diversifying the cultured shrimp species and using the best farming managements in response to changing environmental conditions , and 4- adapt the marketing strategies : Adapt the marketing strategies is important to navigate trade policies and shifting consumer preferences, and promote sustainable farming practices that enhance product demand .

What could we offer at the heart of Uttara in the midst of its hustle and bustle? A quaint little bistro serving Asian fusion cuisine in a cozy country-side setting that gives a pleasant escape. While we may love the fast paced life, we often need some time to sit back and unwind. We went with the concept of "Trouvaille (a lucky find)" as our bistro is hidden amidst a concrete jungle. There is a stark contrast between the surrounding environment and the ambience of the bistro which often surprises the first timers. Before setting up a concept it is important to understand the people and the place. The concept must not only suffice the immediate user needs (as needs change) but also tell a story that people can connect with and build a relationship that only grows with time.
