NEW Role- Finance Manager

Elite Group is Now Hiring Finance Manager with the below requirements. ·        Bachelor’s Degree in finance, accounting, or related field required; MBA preferred. ·        5+ years’ experience in a financial management position. Role and Responsibilities ·        Providing financial reports and interpreting financial information to management while recommending further courses of action. ·        Analyze costs, pricing, variable, sales results and the company’s actual performance compared to the business plans ·        Manage the preparation of the company’s budget. ·        Track the company's financial status and performance to identify areas for potential improvement. ·        Seek out methods for minimizing financial risk to the company. ·        Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making ·        Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports ·        Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met. ·        Develop the accounting team and work on succession & development plans.
