This video is about #oemfactory #Olycom bypass managed #ethernetswitch production. Been asked about some questions like How does it work? Why must 2 devices(bypass module and Ethernet switch) share the same power source? ... Actually its just about integrating a mechanical #opticalswitch onto the #pcb board. There are some pin connectors to make welding available, then when power is on, its actually powering the PCB and optical switch unit. when power is off, there is a mechanical switching of the optical path.
