Today, the pharma industry is laser-focused on maximizing #reusable_modular_content to drive personalization at scale without having to create each piece from scratch. This will bring efficiency to your content creation process and heighten #communication_relevance and effectiveness, enhancing #customer_engagement. “Navigating the realm of modular content warrants a more meticulous and data-driven approach. As we turn individual content pieces into versatile modules, the importance of robust data standards becomes clear,” says Ozgun (Oz) Demir, Head of Digital Marketing, Genentech. This new set of #data_standards, which modular content depends on, includes meta data and the #tagging of brand content. The standards can empower organizations to “create a comprehensive canvas for personalization,” Oz adds.
