Female Founders Night has arrived! Looking forward to an exciting afternoon of panel discussions for new impulses from the start-up community, and particularly the Open Pitch Stage this evening where I am honored to be part of the jury panel at the event, happening at Zeppelin University. This is an amazing example of a high quality student-led initiative, and I am excited to share insights and impressions with my network after the event. Why does this event matter? The fact is that in #Germany we still see only about one in every five start-ups being female led, despite (big news here 😉) women still making up half of the working age population from 20-65. For me this means every impulse to elevate female founders and support their journey is relevant and helpful.
