A person with mental health may not be capable of asking for help, because they are trapped in a dark place in their minds… Therefore, it is crucial that we pay attention to those who may be dealing with something in their life, and reach out to them to make sure they’re are okay… Don’t judge and don’t assume… Ignorance is not a bless.
