NICE is planning review and refinement of the routing criteria for the highly specialised technology (HST) evaluation program. My colleagues Emtiyaz C. Aleksandra (Ola) Lubojemska and Lucía Pérez-Kempner discuss the implications for manufacturers of technologies targeting patients with rare diseases.
