My opinion…if you need 16 or more people to put on a simple Manitoba Room Gala, you must be lazy, show boating at the expense of the client, not very bright or like paying or NOT paying for people you don’t need. Rule of thumb in this business, 1 person per 2 breakout rooms 3 -4 max for large plenary room like the Manitoba Room or Large Convention Centre Room. If you have entertainment well that could add a couple of techs. Tickets for Kacey Musgraves' Deeper Well World Tour started pre-sales yesterday, with tickets officially being sold to the public this upcoming Friday. After details regarding ticket pricing for the tour were released, some fans online voiced disappointment that the tour uses dynamic pricing. So, what is dynamic pricing? When a tour or specific event chooses to use dynamic pricing, the prices of each ticket will fluctuate based on demand for each show. As a result, two people sitting in the same section at a venue might have paid drastically different prices to attend the event, depending on how in demand the show was deemed at the time of purchase. Fans who have purchased tickets through the tour's pre-sale events have documented specific price points based on the location of each seat. The KFC Yum! Center in Louisville, Kentucky, where Kacey Musgraves will perform on November 12, created a seating graph showing how each seat is initially priced. However, the bottom of the image includes a disclaimer stating that the prices can change at any time. The event is June 6-8, but let's break that schedule down ⬇️ It's officially a three-day event, but check out the breakdown of what each day looks like commitment-wise. Thursday, June 6 - Trivia Competition at Naked River Brewing Co. from 5-8 PM - You'll only need to send 5 people to represent the company, although you're welcome to bring more to cheerlead/support/have some drinks Friday, June 7 - Bowling Competition at Spare Time from 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM - You'll send 5-10 people to represent the company on the bowling team. You can pick a time from 12:30 PM - 4:30 PM to stop by, whatever your team prefers. Saturday, June 8 - The Field Day Event at Finley Stadium and First Horizon Pavilion - Officially 7:30 AM - 4 PM - This is the day you want the entire company to come out. It's way more fun if you have everyone come out and stay/tailgate all day, but if you have employees who need to pop in and out, they are welcome to. Corporate Challenge is flexible so people can still participate even if they can't stay all day. It's also family-friendly - families are more than welcome to come out and support, although they cannot physically participate in the challenges.
