It’s sad that when doing your fitness to be a manager application for a regulated service, ofsted want to know if you are a fit person physically and mentally yet when they then visit you they totally ignore the information, discard anything that is on your application that may explain whatever ailments you may have though fit to practice, then treat you so bad you lapse either into depression, anxiety or even panic attacks caused by their militaristic approach. This should be looked into as it may not only be deaths that occur in this industry but mental strain to the people working in the care industry. Enough is enough.. #whomonitorsthemonitors

Is there real change or is it just masked with the idea change is coming but the behaviour remains the same? Is it unreasonable to want to see this new change and approach by inspectors as the inspections still show ofsted of old just covered in new clothing. What does it have to take for the necessary changes to happen so confidence is developed across all services and for key personnel to feel comfortable in their roles?
