As I wrote in my latest - and final - Tech Trader column, no one has more experience leaving Barron’s than I do. It’s been five years since I rejoined Barron’s for the third time. Overall, I’ve now spent 24 years at the world's finest investing publication in three separate stretches, spanning parts of five decades. I wrote my first Barron’s story in October 1988, more than 35 years ago. It's been a fantastic ride. And now it’s time for a new adventure. I’ll post the details in a few weeks.
You're starting to give my resume competition for "most career shifts." Change keeps you young, my friend. Can't wait to see where you go... THIS time.
Spot on farewell column, Eric. Congrats on 40 years covering tech! So glad we got to work together while you took a break from Barron's :)
I’m glad we got you back there for a second run! Congrats and good luck on your next adventure.

But what I can say is that in your capacity as a kick ass editor and reporter at Barrons you are going to be missed. It was a beautiful column. It will be required reading for entering students at My Fake Business School (FBS). You are a mensch
Can’t wait to see what comes next for you. Whatever it is, I wish you great success.
Wonderful parting advice for your last column, and I’m curious what your next adventure will be!
Congratulations on another remarkable Barron’s stint! Look forward to hearing what is next.
Nicely done, Eric! And like any good sequel, you leave the door open for *yet another* installment in the franchise at some point!
I feel like Sally Field. I’m humbled. https://youtu.be/rl_NpdAy3WY?feature=shared
