Pride Month celebrates the progress of the LGBTQ+ civil rights movement and the ongoing fight for equality. In 2024, Pride Month remains more critical than ever and serves as a reminder to foster intersectional advocacy and support across all identities within the community. At Epsilon, we are committed to serving the interests of all people and all identities by living our values and respecting all voices. Epsilon's Culture & Inclusion leader Duane La Bom reflects with his thoughts during Pride Month below.

At Epsilon, we are in the business of knowing that people are not one-dimensional. It takes the creativity, background and innovation from a choir of voices, harmonizing our best insights in order to serve unique audiences around us. As I reflect on my recent months since joining Epsilon as the Vice President of DEI, I can recall firsthand how our organization not only connects our clients to customers, but does so in a way that respects, protects and will increase access/opportunity across the intersection of our identity-based communities. So, we pause to honor Pride month and Epsilon’s commitment to serve the interests of all identities, from our colleagues to everyone seeking to live in safety. Whether it’s connecting to brands, growing careers, or just being better humans to each other, we recognize the significance of identity, belonging and inclusion to our values. We take time to recognize the bravery and strength of our LGBTQ+ teammates to bring their entire selves to work, while also recognizing that our journey is not complete.  It is time for allies to stand with the community to protect and advance inclusion. Allies sharing their journeys can inspire and galvanize others to confront biases and promote acceptance. Honest stories of transformation, like a leader who became an ally after a family member's coming out, help create cultures of growth and understanding. I am proud to champion our celebration this year. I encourage everyone to seek resources that will further your understanding and support of the LGBTQ+ community.
