For any business we work with, violence used to incite or harm anyone would be viewed as inauthentic, lacking in true leadership, and divisive. Violent words and actions would never been tolerated from any employee in the scope of their duty to perform. At Epizon Strategy Solutions, we continue to Move In Certainty over our collective ability to stop the normalization of violence in the workplace. When any threat is made or normalized, in an attempt to remove voices from vital conversations, choices, and participation in creating profitable and safe work environments, we commit to being louder in our training and initiatives, so that those most marginalized are not lost in the drowning words of “othering” and persecution.
