2023 was a whirlwind of activity, professionally! A special highlight from this busy year, and an example of the various types of opportunities that make my (non-linear) professional journey fulfilling, is being able to teach at Columbia Business School. Discussing (via case method) distinct examples of companies succeeding in the face of disruption, while also exploring the challenges & best practices of large scale technology transformation with a bright and highly engaged group of MBA students was a rewarding experience. I would like to express my gratitude to my esteemed co-Professor (M. Brown), our amazing TA (C.
