The second NTW course I enrolled in today focuses on Transforming Stress Into Performance for Executives, aiming to teach executives on how to convert stress into enhanced performance. The session employs a car engine analogy to demonstrate the transformation process. By acquiring these skills, executives can improve their resilience, decision making abilities, and overall effectiveness in high pressure scenarios.

Admittedly, it’s been over 12 years since my last MBA exam at Schulich School of Business, but we all remember the experience vividly. Preparation is key, but let's be honest—many things are out of our control. We’ve all sat in stuffy rooms with no air circulation, distracting noise, or freezing temperatures. No matter how prepared you are, your environment can make or break your performance. Recently, I attended a webinar hosted by Airthings, and one quote hit hard: 'What if students understood that the air they’re breathing could impact their performance on exams and ultimately, their success?' It’s a staggering thought, but the science is clear—air quality matters. So, when will school facilities step up? And when will students start demanding environments, including clean air, that set them up for success? It's time we started paying attention to the unseen factors that influence achievement.

Why should you consider enrolling in Wayne State University - Mike Ilitch School of Business’ Executive M.S. in Automotive Supply Chain Management degree (https://lnkd.in/g7fdMmn8)? The following alumnus testimonial may have the answer: "Before starting my graduate degree at Wayne State University, I was in a job that I just fell into after completing my undergrad. The Executive M.S.-S.C.M. degree gave me the opportunity to enter a new industry and choose a career that was interesting, dynamic, and allowed for continuous growth. Wayne State provided me the tools, curriculum material, and professional network to pivot my career into the dynamic space of automotive purchasing. The class schedules allow for maximum flexibility and this allowed me to move at my desired pace. The professors have industry experience to leverage real life examples into the curriculum. But perhaps most importantly, my peers, professors, and the graduate staff provided me an effective network to get hired and start my new career soon after graduation." - Andrew McCorry, Executive M.S.-S.C.M., '21
