And we’re not stopping there! Yesterday, at Brian J. Honan Apartments in Allston, the Healey-Driscoll Administration announced an additional $40M to decarbonize affordable housing.

Here's what he had to say about the new government and what it means for real estate: "It's important that momentum created around the levelling up agenda (though the phrase has now been abandoned) continues, particularly vital investment in transport and infrastructure projects across the North." “In reality, I’m not sure how much Levelling Up, and the will to make it happen, can be attributed to the previous government. There has been a genuine desire to get regeneration schemes started, with private developers and local authorities working together to deliver major projects. The levelling up developments that are visible today were already being considered by future-thinking local authorities before the previous government coined the phrase as a vote winner. That being said, while central government didn’t start it, without its backing and support, there is a danger that the momentum could be stripped away from projects that are still in concept stage.
