VP of Sales at Endear | Fixing broken clienteling one retail brand at a time!

"We basically said 'if you can get it to connect to our difficult system, we’re in.' I didn’t think they would be able to do it. It’s not cloud based, you need to connect via our onsite server… but they did and here we are. We fell in love with Endear, with just how easy it was." I consistently talk to folks in retail brands who feel boxed in by their internal systems. Like the only way to make any real change is with a complete systems overhaul. This quote from Ryan Bedford in our recent blog (linked in the comments) perfectly summarizes that emotion. They all have incredible ideas and intiatives they'd love to get off the ground! But they also have their horror stories of past attempts that stalled or were ineffective because of a lack of integrated data or inability to scale a clunky workflow. The unfortunate fact is, completely overhauling your tech stack in a retail business is a project that often takes years and thousands of dollars. And most businesses aren't ever in a "good" position to do that. But in most situations, brands I talk to don't actually need a complete system overhaul. They need a true CRM. Rather than several siloed tools that act as the "CRM" for their piece of the business. Solving this problem is at the core of what we do for every brand when they come to Endear.
