Augmenting Endpoints’ AI Capabilities The Arm-based Ensemble and Balletto microcontroller units (MCUs) from Alif Semiconductor now offer support for PyTorch’s ExecuTorch framework. This will enable artificial intelligent (AI) inferencing within resource-constrained edge-located endpoints. By data getting directly processed on-device, and decisions being made immediately, the benefits of low-latency operation, privacy-aware personalisation and significantly lower power consumption can all be realised.
