I usually wouldn't repost something like this, but... I also can't help but talk about it. So, here we are. In the little time I had on calls with Iggy Domagalski, a couple of years ago now, he immediately showed me how much he cared about people at Wajax. It wasn't too long before he started as a CEO and, coming from a place of generosity, booked a call with my team to learn how he could support individuals beyond traditional corporate training. From his own experience, he genuinely wanted people to have access to the best tools out there for their personal development. It goes without saying that because of it, he immediately earned my respect and admiration. That's why when I came across this article, I was quite happy. But not surprised at all. CEOs are supposed to be the visionaries, the innovators. And that's all right. But we're in the midst of a character revolution — as Adam Grant mentioned in his new book about hidden potential. What if future innovation is about going back to the core: people. I'll leave you with two quotes from the article. The second quote is for you to think about ROI x ROP. “𝘔𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘯𝘺 𝘪𝘴 𝘤𝘶𝘴𝘵𝘰𝘮𝘦𝘳-𝘧𝘢𝘤𝘪𝘯𝘨,” 𝘋𝘰𝘮𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘭𝘴𝘬𝘪 𝘴𝘢𝘺𝘴, “𝘴𝘰 𝘱𝘦𝘰𝘱𝘭𝘦 𝘢𝘳𝘦 𝘰𝘶𝘳 𝘮𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘪𝘮𝘱𝘰𝘳𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘵 𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘦𝘵.
