Two years ago, ASAE introduced the Association Insights Center, recognizing that executives confront formidable, rapidly evolving challenges. However, they achieve success when given the opportunity to collaborate and discuss lessons learned, avoiding potential pitfalls. As a leader of this group, I am proud to affirm that we facilitate precisely that—providing a platform where participants share experiences that create intelligence and the "know-how" to confront new issues. Moreover, we gather insight from within the association community and the corporate sector to provide a holistic view of the challenges we face. Join us for the third year, where we will concentrate on the association's role in 1. addressing workforce challenges and shortages, 2. identifying and structuring worthwhile strategic partnerships and 3. evaluating the changing nature of community in our world and the call to action for associations.
