I took each letter from my family name and paired it with inspirational words, envisioning what qualities a company family should embody. Here's what I came up with: G: Gratitude, Generosity, Grit A: Attitude, Adventure, Action B: Belief, Bravery, Boldness R: Resolve, Resilience, Respect O: Openness, Optimism, Originality These words represent the values and culture I believe are essential for a thriving company family.
