January was a great month @ Nooks I was able to close 127% to goal @ at a 45% win rate 3 key takeaways 1. Having a UFC (up front contract) on your demo is standard, but having one for every meeting will make sure deals are moving along in pipeline. 2. Automating repetitive tasks that you do multiple times a day will free up time so you can run more deals. (for me this was recap / kickoff messages) 3. Qualifying upfront can save you days / weeks of time, especially if you run a trial in your sales process #techsales #saassales #dialer #coldcall #coldcalling
