There's a truth in sales: every AE will at least one day in life (if not every day haha) suspect that their peers are getting hotter opportunities than she/he for unknown reasons 😅 If there's favoritism in sales teams, I don't know. I know that if the Account Executive feels this way, it's already enough to demotivate the team. Fortunately, there's a solution. It's possible to remove all subjective aspects and distribute opportunities equally among the team. At the end of the month, all reps will have the same number of opps, and opportunities with the same weight (whether in size or urgency of purchase). No spreadsheets. No manual distribution.
